How do I get my misdemeanor number when I live in Texas and missed court?
I forgot my misdemeanor number and I lived in Texas I missed court and all I had to pay was my court fee and I didn’t go. I moved around so much and haven’t had a in job so I wasn’t able to go and back to Texas let alone pay my fees I lost my information. How would I be able to obtain this information if I live in another state?
Call the clerk of the court.

How long does it take an appeal in Texas probate court.?
A final judgment was made in February 2010 and the appeal was filed about 45 days later. Does anyone know how long it will take before we get an answer?
It may depend on the particular appeals court, but you’re looking at about a year. As an illustrative example, see this recent decision from the 14th Court of Appeals in Houston.

How would you (in your own opinion) change the structure of the Texas court systems?
Give the death penalty less, and instead give longer jail sentences. Judges often either knowingly or subconsciously discriminate against minorities.
