Bexar County texas court has ordered the return of Joshua Smith. Joshua is a nine year old autistic child who was taken by NC Department of Social Services two years ago while vacationing in NC. They claimed the child was neglected because his father, Javan Smith, left him with a babysitter, a registered nurse, for a few hours. This ordeal has drug out for over two years. Joshua has been subjected to abuse and neglect by the NC DSS during this time.
